SK Telecom, Schneider Electric partner on AI data centers
SK Telecom has partnered with Schneider Electric, a France-based energy management firm, to develop mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) solutions for AI data centers in South Korea.
The agreement involves discussions on constructing hyperscale AI data centers in regional hubs within Korea.
This partnership aims to combine SK Telecom’s experience in expanding AI data centers with Schneider Electric’s expertise in MEP, power, cooling, and security management systems.
SK Telecom plans to integrate these systems into AI data center solutions provided by its parent company, SK Group.
