Seoul-based telecommunications provider SK Telecom announced its US$3 million investment in Twelve Labs, a San Francisco-based AI video analysis startup.

The company said it aims to enhance its multimodal AI reach with Twelve Labs.

Founded in 2021, Twelve Labs develops AI models for human-like video content comprehension.

Its technology aids semantic search, summarization, and video analysis, targeting enterprise-level video archives.
