Singapore-listed UltraGreen.ai, which makes fluorescence-guided surgery and digital health products, said on August 12 that first-half 2026 revenue rose 24% year on year to US$87.2 million.

Net profit after tax before exceptional items rose 45% to US$39.4 million, driven by higher vial volumes and selling prices.

Sales volumes rose 11% to about 589,511 vials.

Volumes in the US rose 4%, while Europe, the Middle East, and Africa rose 24%, and Asia-Pacific grew 45%. Gross margin improved from 85% to 87%.

Its core product is indocyanine green, sold as IC-GREEN in the US and Verdye outside North America.

The dye is used in colorectal, reconstructive, liver, breast, vascular, and transplant procedures to assess perfusion and map lymph nodes, alongside the IC-Flow imaging system.

UltraGreen also said it recently received regulatory approvals for Verdye in the Philippines and the IC-Flow Imaging System V2 in Malaysia, helping explain stronger Asia-Pacific growth.

The company declared a dividend of US$0.01 per share for 1H2026, had US$197.6 million in cash and short-term liquid investments.

It expects full-year revenue of US$175 million to US$185 million, with second-half revenue higher than the first half.
