Singapore’s UltraGreen.ai cuts outlook on US rivalry
Singapore-based UltraGreen.ai, a maker of fluorescence-guided surgery and digital health products, said revenue from continuing operations for the first nine months of FY2026 rose 35% year on year to US$131.8 million.
The company now expects full-year FY2026 revenue to fall below its earlier guidance of US$175 million to US$185 million.
UltraGreen attributed the weaker outlook to tougher competition in the US indocyanine green market, which it said is putting pressure on prices and changing how customers buy.
It also expects pressure on US revenue and profitability in FY2027.
Zydus Lifesciences received approval on August 5, 2026, for a generic ICG injection with a competitive generic therapy designation.
Public listings show generic IC-Green availability, while DailyMed entries list multiple ICG products.
These sources do not independently establish pricing or purchasing trends.
As of September 30, UltraGreen held US$214 million in cash and short-term investments and had no debt.
On October 29, it also announced a proposed multi-year share buyback program of up to US$30 million, subject to regulatory requirements.
