Singapore’s Indies Capital secures over $300m for private credit fund

Indies Capital Partners has closed its fourth private credit fund, Indies Special Opportunities IV, at over US$300 million.

The Singapore-based investment firm said the new fund is more than twice the size of its previous fund.

Investors in the fund include sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurers, financial institutions, corporations, and family offices from around the world.

Indies Capital Partners said the fund will focus on providing financing to businesses in Southeast Asia for expansion, acquisitions, and balance sheet needs.

The firm manages private credit strategies aimed at addressing funding gaps for companies in the region.
