Alta, a digital securities exchange headquartered in Singapore, has teamed up with wealth management firm PhillipCapital for the Income Insurance share liquidity program.

Through the program, shares of Singapore-based Income Insurance will be listed on AltaX, a private securities exchange. These can be traded by Alta’s network of institutional and accredited investors.
