Singapore-based cybersecurity startup watchTowr raised US$19 million in a Series A funding round led by Peak XV, previously known as Sequoia India & Southeast Asia.

This latest investment brings the company’s total funding to US$29 million, with repeat participation from Prosus Ventures and Cercano Management.

The firm will use this funding to expand its market initiatives and strengthen its research and engineering capabilities.

watchTowr confronts this challenge by simulating attacker behavior, allowing organizations to gain real-time insights into their vulnerabilities.

The company was founded in 2021 by hacker-turned-entrepreneur Benjamin Harris.
