Singapore-based Coda, a digital content payments and distribution company, said on October 6 that it had appointed Moonmoon Varma as chief people officer to lead its global people and talent team.

Varma was most recently chief people officer at Yum Brands and previously held senior human resources roles at Visa and Credit Suisse.

She has more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience in Asia Pacific and Europe.

The appointment follows other leadership updates at Coda this year, including Freddy Dijkman joining as CFO, and former CFO Abhi Sharma moving into the COO role.

Separately, Coda announced on September 24, 2025, a partnership with Digital Garage to expand out-of-app monetization for gaming publishers.
