Singaporean equestrian startup earns funding from Antler
Singapore-based startup Canterly, which develops a management platform tailored for the equestrian sector, has secured seed funding from VC firm Antler.
Although the exact amount remains confidential, this investment is used for Canterly’s product development and expansion into key regional markets.
Canterly aims to address these issues with its B2B2C platform, which unifies multiple operations—horse management, client relations, staff coordination, bookings, and financial transactions—into a system.
The startup plans to onboard over 60 equestrian facilities within the next year, targeting markets in Singapore, Malaysia, and equestrian hubs such as Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East.
The global equestrian sector, valued at approximately US$300 billion, faces persistent operational inefficiencies due to outdated manual practices and disjointed systems.
Facilities such as riding schools and stables often struggle with task management, leading to wasted time and lost revenue opportunities.
