Singapore unveils program for women’s tech career return

Singapore has initiated a program called Relaunch to help women re-enter the technology workforce post-career break.

This initiative, led by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), was unveiled by minister Josephine Teo on Monday at the SG Women in Tech event.

Relaunch aims to offer structured programs in coding and AI.

It includes career support such as personalized resumes, mentorship, and networking.

The initiative collaborates with SG Women in Tech and NTUC LearningHub, involving 23 companies like Amazon, LinkedIn, and Rakuten to provide training and job opportunities.
