NCS, a Singapore-based technology services company and Singtel subsidiary, expanded its Sunshine.AI suite with tools for building AI agents, no-code app development.

NCS said the expanded suite targets enterprise AI deployments with built-in governance, safety, and data controls.

The move builds on Sunshine.AI, which NCS launched in July 2025 as part of a S$130 million (US$101 million), three-year AI initiative. The original suite included coding, operations, and productivity tools.

NCS also announced partnerships with IHH Healthcare, NHG Health and Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Autonomous A2Z, and Alibaba Cloud to expand AI deployments across industries.

The company also said it plans to hire more than 130 AI practitioners over three years with Digital Industry Singapore and released an AI playbook.
