Singapore startup Video Rebirth launches AI video tool

Singapore-based AI video startup Video Rebirth said on May 7 that it launched BACH, a tool that generates multi-shot videos of up to 30 seconds from text prompts and reference images for production teams.

The company said BACH can keep characters consistent across shots, follow camera instructions.

It can also produce native 1080p video with sound effects, voiceover, and background music through its website, bach.art.

Video Rebirth said a preview version ranked sixth on Artificial Analysis‘ Video Arena benchmark at launch.

It is being tested in pilot programs with ecommerce platforms, film and TV studios, ad agencies, and game studios.

🧠 Food for thought

Implications, context, and why it matters.

BACH fits professional video production workflows

  • BACH focuses on multi-shot videos with consistent characters, solving a common issue in narrative production where people and scenes need to match across shots 1. That matters for film and TV studios plus ad agencies in pilot programs, where continuity shapes the story 1.
  • It follows camera directions and creates native 1080p video, giving teams more control than many basic text-to-video tools 1. That could help game studios or ecommerce teams making commercial projects 1.
  • BACH also adds sound effects, voiceovers, and background music in one place 1. That could help early testers turn an idea into a near-finished draft faster 1.

AI video tools could change parts of the creative business

  • As tools like BACH improve, creative teams may change how they pitch or test ideas 1. Ad agencies and studios could present video concepts faster, using moving visuals instead of static mood boards when pitching to clients 1.
  • The technology could lower the cost of some video ads 1. For smaller businesses, that may open access to marketing videos that once needed bigger budgets and dedicated crews.
  • BACH’s benchmark result also suggests more competition in video production 1. Companies selling stock footage or basic services may need to shift toward higher-value creative work or AI-assisted offerings instead of raw video assets 1.
