Pegasus Asia and Novo Tellus Alpha Acquisition, the two SPACs remaining on the Singapore Exchange, are reportedly dissolving due to poor market conditions.

The news comes as 17Live, which went public via a SPAC merger with Vertex Technology Acquisition Corporation earlier this month, saw its share price plummet last week.
