Capital Square Partners and Basil Technology Partners have officially merged to form CSP, one of Asia’s largest private equity funds dedicated to cross-border technology services. The newly formed entity will prioritize investments in technology and business services, AI, and SaaS.

This follows the earlier announcement of the US$700 million CSP Fund II in January.
