Singapore merchant OS Qashier raises $6.1m in series A+
Qashier, a Singapore-based merchant operating system for businesses in Southeast Asia, said on 30 June that it raised US$6.125 million in a series A+ round of equity and debt.
Cocoon Capital, IFP Securities, and BlackSoil Global led the round, which will fund regional expansion and product development. The company said it had also become profitable.
Qashier said it had been profitable every month since December 2025 and was processing US$1 billion in annualised payment volume for more than 20,000 merchants across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
The new raise follows a US$10 million series A in August 2023 co-led by Delivery Hero Ventures and IFP Securities, with Antler Elevate and Cocoon Capital also participating.
Qashier said it secured a Major Payment Institution license in Singapore in February 2025, allowing it to offer merchant acquisition, domestic money transfer, and cross-border money transfer services.
It added that QashierLoans, its lending product for small and medium-sized enterprises, had disbursed more than US$10 million to over 100 SMEs since its launch in June 2025.
