Singapore insurtech firm Igloo revenue rises 46% to $63m
Singapore-based Igloo, an insurtech company that provides digital insurance infrastructure, reported FY2025 revenue of S$80.9 million (US$63.3 million), up 45.9% year on year, as its embedded insurance business expanded across Southeast Asia.
Net loss narrowed to S$8.6 million (US$6.73 million) from S$21.8 million (US$17.1 million) for the year ended December 31, 2025.
Igloo said operating expenses stayed broadly flat and headcount was unchanged.
The company is targeting adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization breakeven by the end of 2026 without a large increase in operating expenses.
One example is a partnership with Indonesia’s Telkomsel to distribute protection products through the telecom operator’s digital channels.
Igloo said it embeds insurance into platforms across ecommerce, logistics, telecommunications, and financial services.
Igloo previously raised US$46 million in an extended series B round. Tokio Marine later acquired a minority stake in the company.
