A Singaporean court has granted Indian crypto exchange platform WazirX a four-month moratorium, affirming the company’s adherence to legal protocols.

The court acknowledged that WazirX has actively communicated with its creditors since the beginning of the proceedings and submitted a timely request for the moratorium, primarily focused on restoring cryptocurrency balances.

Under the moratorium, WazirX must publicly disclose wallet addresses via a court affidavit, address user inquiries during the proceedings, release financial data, and ensure independent oversight of future court application votes.
