Singapore fintech firm Blue Fire AI closes $9m funding round

Blue Fire AI, a Singapore-based investment technology company, said on September 29 that Japan’s Asset Management One (AM-One) will take a minority stake in the firm under a commercial agreement with Mizuho Financial Group and AM-One.

The deal closes Blue Fire AI’s latest funding round with total commitments of US$9 million.

The companies said they plan to develop and distribute institutional asset management products in Japan.

AM-One plans to use Blue Fire AI’s neuro-symbolic AI system to help portfolio managers carry out bottom-up fundamental analysis.

Public corporate pages show AM-One operates as a distinct asset manager, while Mizuho’s group website includes asset management among its business areas.

AM-One, which was established in 2016, had about 80 trillion yen (US$508 billion) in assets under management as of December 31, 2025.
