Singapore fintech launches, raises $10m

129Knots, a fintech startup based in Singapore, has launched with US$10 million in funding led by Sing Fuels.

Incubated by the Singapore Economic Development Board’s (EDB) Corporate Venture Launchpad program, the company reports a US$500 million pipeline.

Its proprietary “origination to distribution” (OTD) platform integrates global data and machine learning through a credit engine called Tribal Knots, offering insights into buyer behavior and transaction patterns.

129Knots aims to bridge a US$2.5 trillion global trade finance gap with solutions like trade credit, asset tokenization, and blockchain-based audit trails.

It is initially focusing on the marine energy transition sector, and plans to expand into other industries.
