Singapore data center operator DayOne files for IPO
Singapore-headquartered DayOne Data Centers, which develops and operates data centers across Asia Pacific and Europe, has filed a Form F-1 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering.
The company said it has applied to list American depositary shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker DODC.
DayOne said it was established in 2022 and operates in 10 markets across Asia Pacific and Europe.
GDS Holdings announced a US$385 million sale of DayOne shares.
DayOne lists Singapore among its markets on its website.
The listing bid comes amid mixed sentiment toward data center offerings.
