Singapore-based developer and operator of data centers DayOne, said on October 21 that its integrated delivery model is designed to support Nvidia’s DSX POD reference design for AI infrastructure.

The model uses modular prefabrication for power, cooling, and base-building systems, moving some mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work from construction sites to factories.

The company said this could shorten data center construction timelines and standardize deployment across markets.

DayOne added that the approach could let it complete data center projects in Southeast Asia in eight to 12 months.
