Semiconductor revenue rose 25%, and aerospace revenue increased 37%.

It also said quarterly free cash flow turned positive at S$30.7 million (US$24 million) after it collected customer receivables delayed by changes to a customer’s information technology system.
The company invested S$9.6 million (US$7.5 million) in the first half, mainly to expand its Penang facilities, and ended June 30 with net cash of S$38.6 million (US$30.2 million).
