Singapore-based H3 Zoom, which builds AI-powered inspection software said on June 22 that it closed an oversubscribed US$3.6 million series A round. The company plans to use the funding to expand in Asia and speed up product development.

The round was led by JRE Ventures, with participation from SGInnovate and M7 Holdings. The final close included AC S525 through an AngelCentral member-led syndication, as well as Moringa Ventures and Lotus One Investment.

H3 Zoom said its platform turns data from drones, 360° cameras, robotics, and existing inspection workflows into AI diagnostics, defect localization, repair prioritization, and audit-ready reports for façades, interiors, and other infrastructure assets.

The company said the software has been deployed across high-rise buildings, transport-related infrastructure, and public-sector sites in Singapore. It has also been used by CapitaLand at properties.

H3 Zoom also said it has five clients in Japan, including JR East and Takenaka Corporation. The company described Japan as a priority market because of ageing infrastructure and rising inspection workloads.
