Singapore AI firm enParadigm expands APAC program
Singapore-based enParadigm, which builds AI training and talent intelligence software, said on August 14 that it is expanding an AI-powered training program for an unnamed top-three Singapore bank.
The program will reach more than 900 wealth advisers across Asia Pacific through its Catalyx platform.
The company said the bank’s initial cohorts saw quarterly revenue per adviser rise by 50%, weekly customer appointments double, and competency scores improve by an average of 35%.
EnParadigm said Catalyx is an AI-powered learning and talent intelligence platform that uses simulations with virtual customer personas and real-time personalized feedback.
The platform helps wealth advisers practice difficult client conversations, while showing managers skill gaps.
The rollout comes as financial institutions in Singapore can evaluate AI systems against Monetary Authority of Singapore-backed FEAT principles on fairness, ethics, accountability, and transparency under the Veritas initiative.
The move reflects a wider industry trend. Bank of America said in March 2026 that it had launched an AI-powered meeting workflow for financial advisers in its wealth businesses.
