Siemens joins $51m series D for Israeli chip monitoring startup
ProteanTecs, an Israeli startup specializing in electronics monitoring, has secured US$51 million in a series D funding round led by IAG Capital Partners.
New investors include Arm, Samsung Catalyst Fund, and Siemens, alongside existing backers Addition, Zeev Ventures, and Intel Capital.
Founded in 2017 by former Mellanox executives, the company develops technology for monitoring the health and performance of electronic devices.
The company has now raised over US$250 million and employs more than 200 people with offices in Israel, the US, India, and Taiwan.
ProteanTecs said the new funds will support expanding operations, building new products, and increasing integration within the electronics industry.
Its clients span sectors such as automotive, cloud, and telecommunications.
