ShopBack has appointed Carolina Paradas as its general manager for North America as the company expands its presence in the US.

ShopBack is a Singapore-based cashback and rewards platform operating in 13 markets.

Paradas was previously vice president of growth at Fidel API and will oversee ShopBack’s North American operations, which are based in Austin, Texas.

The company has achieved adjusted EBITDA profitability for three consecutive quarters.

ShopBack claims to serve over 55 million users and process more than US$4 billion in annual sales for 20,000 brands globally.

ShopBack launched in the US in 2025 and works with partners including Walmart, Expedia, and Nike.

The platform offers cashback, affiliate marketing, and card-linked rewards through its app and website.
