ShareChat lays off 5% of staff to cut costs
ShareChat is laying off approximately 30 to 40 employees, which constitutes about 5% of its workforce, as part of a strategy to reduce operational costs.
The company, which employed around 650 to 700 people as of November 2024, has been decreasing its workforce since earlier layoffs.
At its highest, ShareChat had about 2,700 employees.
