SG's PDG secures $856m for Indonesia data center expansion

Singapore-based data center operator Princeton Digital Group said it has secured about US$856 million in Indonesia to fund the 120 MW build-out of its JC3 campus in Jakarta.

The financing package includes a US$456 million syndicated loan and an another US$400 million facility that is being arranged.

The lenders are DBS, HSBC, Maybank, SMBC, and Standard Chartered.

PDG said the financing sits under its Green Finance Framework.

The company said it has a 400 MW portfolio in Indonesia and more than 1.8 GW across seven Asian markets.

Before the US$856 million financing in Indonesia, Princeton Digital Group had secured about US$728 million in green loans for projects across Asia Pacific 1.
That amount includes a US$280 million loan for an AI-ready site in Malaysia, about US$160 million for a Mumbai facility, and a US$105 million loan converted into green financing for its JC2 campus in Jakarta 2 1 3.
