Singapore's Keppel acquires Tokyo data hub to boost funds

Singapore’s Keppel Corporation has announced an agreement to acquire a data center facility in Tokyo.

The facility is being developed by Mitsui Fudosan of Japan.

The acquisition aligns with Keppel’s aim to increase its data center funds from US$9 billion to US$19 billion.

Construction of the core and shell will be managed by Mitsui Fudosan.
