SG's Everstone merges Indian, French SaaS firms

Everstone Capital is combining India’s Wingify, a website testing and customer engagement firm, with France’s AB Tasty, a provider of experimentation and personalization software.

The combined company will serve over 4,000 global clients and generate more than US$100 million in annual revenue, with about 90% from the US and Europe.

Wingify’s co-founder Sparsh Gupta will be CEO, while Everstone remains the largest institutional shareholder with majority control.

Everstone is injecting capital mainly to clean up AB Tasty’s cap table and support integration.

Wingify, founded in 2010 in India, has over 3,000 clients including Walt Disney and Hilton Vacations.

AB Tasty, founded in 2014 in Paris, serves more than 1,000 brands such as L’Oréal.

The combined entity will be headquartered in New Delhi and compete with companies like Optimizely and Adobe in the digital experience platform market.
