Bolttech, a Singapore-headquartered insurtech operating in 39 markets, and Bold Penguin, a US-based commercial insurance digital platform, said on September 30 that they had formed a global partnership.

The companies plan to develop a joint commercial and personal lines offering for agents, insurers, and embedded partners in the US, Europe, and Asia.

They said the offering would combine Bold Penguin’s commercial lines digital exchange, data and AI services, and carrier network with Bolttech’s access to commercial and personal lines insurance and protection services.

It would also bring together Bolttech’s AI-enabled workflows and distribution.

Bolttech added that the partnership would let Bold Penguin offer Bolttech’s personal lines products to its US customers through a single interface.
