K25.ai, an AI-native livestreaming and watch-to-predict platform focused on Asia Pasific, said on June 18 that it had completed a US$10 million pre-A round at a US$100 million valuation. The company also had begun raising a series A round.

The pre-A round was completed after NewGenIVF Group, an investment holding company, signed an agreement for further US$4 million strategic investment. Subject to closing conditions, the deal is expected to increase NewGenIVF’s aggregate stake in K25.ai to 10%.

NewGenIVF previously announced a US$2 million investment in May and a further US$4 million investment announced on June 4.

K25.ai said the series A round would support commercialization, regulatory licensing, and expansion in selected Asian markets. The company operates a platform focused on sports, esports, entertainment, and other real-time events.

The expansion comes amid regulatory hurdles. Singapore has blocked Polymarket as an unlicensed gambling site, while Hong Kong has said sports betting on prediction-market platforms is illegal.
