Singapore-based real estate investment platform RealVantage has raised US$10 million in an oversubscribed series A round, valuing the company at US$70 million.

The round attracted participation from three family offices, including one linked to property group SoilBuild, with some secondary shares sold to meet excess demand.

RealVantage said proceeds will fund new investment products, enhancements to its AI-driven platform, and regional expansion starting with a joint venture in Hong Kong.

The Hong Kong business will be led by Ivan Ho, former CEO of KaiLong REI, with strategic input from ex-Standard Chartered banker Edmund Ho.

Founded in 2019, RealVantage has raised more than S$400 million (US$308.5 million) investment monies and funded more than 130 deals across seven global markets.

The company holds a Capital Markets Services license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
