SG proptech firm Ohmyhome CEO resigns
Ohmyhome Limited has appointed Wong Wun Wun Daisy as its new co-chief executive officer, effective October 22, 2025, following the resignation of Rhonda Wong.
Wong has also stepped down as chief financial officer and director.
The company said Wong’s resignation was not due to disagreements over operations or company policies.
She now serves as Ohmyhome’s CEO for operations in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
The company now has its own professional management team in place to oversee corporate operations.
Meanwhile, Wong continues to focus on growing the core business and serving customers.
Wong Wun Wun Daisy joined Ohmyhome as a director and chairman in February 2025 and has previous executive experience at ZOG Group Limited and Fu Kwan Warehouse Co. Ltd.
Ohmyhome is searching for a new chief financial officer to fill the vacancy left by Wong’s resignation.

🧠 Food for thought
Implications, context, and why it matters.
The leadership reshuffle follows Ohmyhome’s recent regain of Nasdaq bid-price compliance
- Ohmyhome regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum $1.00 bid price requirement (a listing rule) on March 24, 2025, after 10 consecutive days with a closing bid at or above the threshold 1.
- The company switched independent auditors in March 2025, moving from WWC, P.C. (an audit firm) to Enrome LLP (an audit firm) 2. Two governance moves in eight months, an auditor switch and a CFO vacancy, may invite closer investor review. The market capitalization (market cap) is about $26.8 million 3.
- Ms. Daisy Wong’s compensation as co-chief executive officer is US$30,000 annually, and her employment agreement allows the board of directors to terminate the position for any or no reason 4.
Executive recruiters can target Ohmyhome’s active CFO search for a Nasdaq-listed, Singapore-based company
- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) vacancy at a Nasdaq-listed company with Singapore operations 4 will require candidates experienced in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP) reporting, compliance with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), plus cross-border financial management.
- Interim CFO service providers, firms that supply temporary finance leaders, can serve as a bridge while the permanent search continues. The recent return to bid-price compliance 1 and an auditor switch 2 raise the need for SEC reporting skill during this period.
