Igloo, a Singapore-based insurtech that distributes embedded and digital insurance across eight markets in Southeast Asia, acquired Eazy Digital.

Easy Digital is a Singapore-headquartered insurtech with operations in Thailand and other Asian markets.

The deal will bring Eazy Digital’s client base and Thailand team into Igloo.

Eazy Digital founder Harprem Doowa will become Igloo Thailand country head and head of tech solutions for Asia-Pacific.

Eazy Digital focuses on digitizing insurers’ sales distribution and agent operations.

Founded in 2022, Eazy Digital said its customers included Marsh Taiwan, Bangkok Insurance, Falcon Insurance, Gallagher, Chubb, and Tokio Marine Safety Insurance (Thailand).

The company was named Most Disruptive InsurTech in Thailand.
