SG health firm files for IPO with $91m cornerstone backing
Singapore-based healthcare operator Foundation Healthcare Holdings Limited, has launched an initial public offering for a mainboard listing. The move was revealed in its final prospectus filed with the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
As of March 2026, the company’s platform connected to over 108 medical specialists across 74 clinics via its proprietary AVA platform.
For FY25, it reported a solid financial performance with S$265.9 million (US$205 million), pro forma adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and pro forma adjusted profit after tax of S$51.4 million (US$39.7 million).
The offering comprises an international placement and a Singapore public offer, with both new and vendor shares. A total of 162,566,600 offering shares are priced at S$0.76 per share, raising approximately S$124 million (US$96 million).
Foundation Healthcare has also secured approximately S$118 million (US$91.3 million) in commitments from 10 cornerstone investors.
Net proceeds from the new shares are earmarked for investments in and acquisitions of clinical practices and medical centers in Singapore, regional expansion in Malaysia and Hong Kong, and general corporate and working capital purposes.
