SG fintech Zettai seeks court protection after crypto theft
Zettai Pte Ltd has applied for a High Court moratorium in Singapore to address its liabilities after a cyberattack on July 18, 2024.
This attack involved cryptocurrency theft from the WazirX platform.
The company plans to restructure user balances.
The application, under Singapore’s Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018, seeks 30 days of legal protection.
The High Court will later decide on its potential extension.
