Singapore-based ReserveX, a digital asset firm focused on crypto structured products and a subsidiary of Independent Reserve Group, said on October 7 that it launched crypto derivatives for sophisticated investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, wealth managers, and institutional treasury teams.

The offering covers bitcoin, ethereum, and other digital assets.

It includes accumulators, which help investors build positions over time at predetermined prices; decumulators, which help them gradually sell holdings; covered calls, which can generate income from assets they already own; and fixed coupon notes.

ReserveX said it serves eligible investors globally, subject to jurisdictional restrictions, and structures transactions through its over-the-counter desk.

The firm also said these products involve added complexity and risk.

In Singapore, accredited-investor eligibility criteria are distinct from the opt-in process.

The release does not establish that ReserveX’s “sophisticated investors” match that legal category or specify the company’s licensing status.

Independent Reserve’s existing services include an OTC desk for clients to trade large blocks and a platform for users to invest in crypto.
