Singapore-based 1exchange, a tokenized securities exchange regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, said on October 8 it is exploring a possible listing of Ondo Stocks from Ondo Finance for eligible investors in Asia.

1exchange said any listing would be subject to due diligence, applicable listing requirements, and other relevant conditions.

The company also said references to Ondo Finance do not imply endorsement, approval, partnership, or participation by Ondo Finance.

Ondo Finance has separately said institutions can convert shares into tokenized stocks.

Singapore’s regulator has also issued guidance on the tokenization of capital markets products.
