Singapore-based corporate finance firm W Capital Markets has completed its series B fundraising round in December 2024.

The firm, holding a Capital Markets Services license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore, received investments from existing seed shareholders, a single-family office, and leaders from listed companies.

Founded in 2018 by veteran mergers and acquisitions banker Wayne Lee, W Capital Markets has executed over 50 transactions valued between S$50 million (US$36.555 million) and S$3 billion (US$2.1933 billion).

The firm has expanded its operations to advising companies on listings on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

It has also increased its mergers and acquisitions activities and advisory services for SGX-listed firms.
