ASMPT, a Singapore-based semiconductor assembly and packaging equipment maker, reported unaudited revenue of HK$5.25 billion (US$669 million) for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as stronger demand lifted both its semiconductor equipment and surface-mount technology (SMT) businesses.

The company said bookings hit a record HK$8.85 billion (US$1.13 billion), supported by continued investment in AI infrastructure.

Demand spanned advanced packaging, mainstream semiconductor equipment, and SMT products. Adjusted net profit was HK$689.7 million (US$87.9 million).

ASMPT expects fourth-quarter revenue of US$670 million to US$730 million.
