Singapore-based AI startup Estha, which builds private AI tools for Macs, launched its Estha on Mac product on September 4.

It offers prebuilt AI agents and no-code tools for Apple Silicon Macs for meeting transcription and summarization, document analysis, presentation creation, and spreadsheet analysis on devices customers control.

Estha said supported local workflows can run offline after installation and model download.

That could reduce routine transfers of sensitive files to external AI services and avoid metered cloud inference charges.

The company also launched Quick Bot and Advanced Studio to build private internal chat apps without code.

Estha said PDF Reader and a prototyping agent called Vibe Coding: Prototype will arrive later this quarter.

The launch comes as Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) issued guidance on the responsible use of personal data in generative AI, and as workplace AI agents already compete alongside Mac-focused assistants that target desktop users.
