ServiceNow buys Israeli AI startup Sweep
ServiceNow, a US enterprise software company, is acquiring Sweep, an Israeli startup that builds software for go-to-market operations, in a deal estimated at hundreds of millions of dollars.
Neither company has announced the transaction or disclosed its value.
Founded in 2021, Sweep has raised US$46 million in disclosed funding, including a US$22.5 million series B round led by Insight Partners, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, announced in May 2025.
Sweep’s software works across platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and HubSpot to monitor metadata, identify misalignments and bottlenecks, generate documentation, and provide contextual assistance.
The startup has also been developing an “agentic layer” to recommend or implement changes.
The deal would support ServiceNow’s push into AI agents and autonomous enterprise work.
The company already offers AI-powered sales automation tools in its customer relationship management lineup.
It also follows ServiceNow’s July acquisition of Israeli AI startup ai.work and earlier acquisitions including Traceloop, its third Israeli acquisition.
