South Korea’s exports increased by 3.6% in November, compared to the previous year.

This contributed to a US$5.6 billion trade surplus, according to the country’s trade ministry.

The growth was supported by steady demand for semiconductors.

However, the economy remains sensitive to global trade dynamics, including possible challenges from US tariffs following Donald Trump’s return to office.
