Self-driving firm Inceptio plans US IPO
Inceptio Technology, a Chinese company specializing in self-driving technologies for heavy-duty trucks, is reportedly exploring an IPO in US this year.
The firm aims to raise between US$100 million and US$200 million, according to sources familiar with the situation.
If the IPO occurs, Inceptio would join WeRide Inc. and Pony AI Inc., which also listed on US exchanges after facing delays due to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) inquiries.
Decisions regarding the IPO’s size and timing remain pending, and details may change.
Inceptio, also known as Yingche Technology Shanghai Co., has not commented on the potential stock market listing.
