MY secondhand furniture startup secures 1337 Ventures funding

Malaysian startup Unearth has received investment from 1337 Ventures, a firm specializing in early-stage startups.

Founded in 2020 by Johnson Goh Han Swee and Lee Huangshi, Unearth focuses on reselling second-hand furniture to promote sustainability and reduce waste.

The company offers a full-service model that includes furniture pickup, refurbishment, and resale.

With the new funding, Unearth plans to enhance its supply chain operations and improve refurbishment processes.

The company also intends to expand its retail presence to reach a wider audience.
