Indonesia-based insurtech company Fuse appointed Ivan Sunandar as its new chief executive officer, according to its statement on Monday.

Ivan has been with Fuse since its inception in 2017, previously serving as its chief operating officer.

As CEO, he is responsible for Fuse’s expansion in Southeast Asia and China’s Greater Bay Area.

Fuse focuses on using mobile technology to enhance insurance distribution. The company employs over 400 people and operates 24 branches in Indonesia, Vietnam, and China.
