Samsung hits record $65.7b Q4 revenue

Samsung Electronics reported its highest quarterly revenue of 93.8 trillion won (US$65.66 billion) and an all-time high operating profit of 20.1 trillion won (US$14.07 billion) for Q4 2025, driven by growth in its Device Solutions division.

The full-year revenue reached 333.6 trillion won (US$233.52 billion), with 43.6 trillion won (US$30.52 billion) in operating profit.

The Device Solutions division reported a 33% quarter-on-quarter sales increase, with record-high memory revenue due to strong demand for high-value products like HBM and server DRAM.

The Device eXperience division experienced an 8% decline in revenue amid reduced smartphone launches and market competition.

Samsung plans to focus on AI and high-performance products in 2026, aiming for growth in the memory and NAND markets and expanding AI-driven offerings across divisions.

The company also expects the AI boom to support continued growth in its semiconductor and display businesses throughout 2026.
