After a tumultuous few days, Sam Altman is set to return as OpenAI CEO. The company announced that it has established an “agreement in principle” for Altman’s reinstatement. It also forming a new initial board that includes former Salesforce head Bret Taylor, former US Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, and Quora founder Adam D’Angelo, with Taylor acting as chair.
