Salesforce to invest $1b in Singapore by 2030
CRM company Salesforce has announced plans to invest US$1 billion in Singapore by 2030, aiming to enhance the adoption of its Agentforce platform.
The funds will support local enterprises and workforce development initiatives. They will also facilitate the expansion of Salesforce’s AI Research capabilities, which have been operational in Singapore since 2019.
As part of this initiative, Salesforce will expand its Hyperforce services in Singapore to comply with local data residency regulations.
This expansion will improve the availability of its platforms, including Agentforce and Data Cloud, in the region.
Salesforce also plans to upgrade its Singapore office to include demonstration areas and training hubs focused on AI workforce development.
These efforts align with Singapore’s National AI Strategy 2.0, which encourages businesses to adopt autonomous digital labor technologies.
